Welcome to the Progress Church of God website! We are a friendly congregation that is open to anyone who wants to know the love of Jesus Christ.
We are a Bible believing, Christ-centered church and everything about our worship is done to glorify the Risen Christ. We seek to worship Christ in Spirit and in truth not only on Sunday mornings but throughout the week as well.
We are a congregation of believers located in the suburbs of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and we have been serving our community since 1868. Our church has adopted a “blended” worship service meaning that we sing hymns and praise music along to a piano accompaniment. There is no dress code … All we ask is for you come to worship as you are in whatever you feel is comfortable. Most people dress casually. Scripture gives no other requirements other than modesty.
Parking is available on the street and in our parking lot.
